DRUMFEST FOR MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES

I. Press accreditation and photo pass
Press accreditation and photo pass are granted on the basis of documented materials promoting DRUMFEST online or in print.
DRUMFEST promotion can be based on DRUMFEST press materials or own materials related to DRUMFEST events.
In order to obtain press accreditation and/or a photo pass for a given event, please send information containing links to activities promoting DRUMFEST events to the email address below.
The number of accreditations and photo pass is limited and depends on the activities mentioned in point 1.
The deadline for applications is October 6.

II. Interviews and contact with artists
All contacts with DRUMFEST artists are organized by DRUMFEST.
Press accreditation does not entitle to simultaneous interviews with DRUMFEST artists.
Rules for granting permission to conduct interviews or other media activities with DRUMFEST artists are subject to prior promotion of DRUMFEST events.
Persons interested in a direct contract with an artist performing during DRUMFEST are asked to apply to the contact e-mail address, attaching links to previously performed promotional activities or informing what activities are yet to be performed.
The deadline for applications for direct contact with artists is September 29.
The DRUMFEST press office will immediately inform about the possibility of contacting the artist.

 

DRUMFEST stipulates that media activities with some artists may not be available due to busy schedules or artist preferences.

The time and location of interviews will be subject to artist availability.

Approximate interview times and durations will be established via email and will be strictly adhered to.

On the day of the interview, please report to the DRUM FEST staff member indicated at the time the interview is set, who will provide information on where to meet the artist in question.

DRUM FEST reserves the right to cancel an interview in emergency cases for reasons beyond the control of the organizer.
